AfricaSIF Launch Events ROADSHOW 2010
Africa Sustainable Investment Forum [AfricaSIF] is engaging with stakeholders as it builds a community of African investors seeking to positively impact Africa's sustainable development through their making investment decisions integrating environmental, social and governance [ESG] factors. We have launch events planned to bring together potential members to network and share knowledge and ways to advocate to promote sustainable development in Africa in 2010. This will lead up to the first-ever dedicated conference to sustainable African investment, ESG Africa, co-hosted by AfricaSIF and local and international partners in December 2010.
Launch Event 2: Cape Town, South Africa
The second official launch event of the Africa Sustainable Investment Forum [AfricaSIF]. AfricaSIF is an independent not-for-profit network, knowledgebase and advocate promoting sustainable development across the continent launched in June 2010. The AfricaSIF Project is building a network of institutions and individuals promotes sustainable investment in Africa by investors in public, private and philanthropy sectors across asset classes, countries and stakeholders from our platform @ africasif.org.
